The platform offers multiple categories of assessments, including but not limited to Aptitude tests, AI-enabled coding simulations, Technical MCQ tests, Behavioral Assessments, Domain MCQs, Language simulations, etc.
It provides opportunities for students, candidates, and professionals to upskill and advance in their pursuit of finding their dream job and building a promising career. The website "repetor" offers evaluation and management assessments for employers, colleges, schools, and other educational institutes.
Participants, whether students, candidates, or professionals, are graded solely based on their performance in respective tests and interviews. They can also take part in an exclusive virtual career fair, based on their test scores.
Throughout the evaluation process, participants' scores are standardized as international benchmark scores.
The results of interviews for students, candidates, and professionals will be shared with employers who are seeking to hire new talents for specific job positions. The details of deserving participants will be shared with employers when there is a requirement for positions to be filled.

The above arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in Calicut.
For disputes relating to orders outside India, the international arbitration rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply. The seat and venue of international arbitration shall be in Calicut or any other place in accordance with the agreement of the parties.
